The 2024 Expo is just a couple days away so here are some tips on how to make it a smooth weekend for your visit:
- The Henry J. Kaiser Auditorium is at 10 10th Street, Oakland, CA. See the Interactive Google area map for more detailed locations and parking options.
- Parking is SOLD OUT for the on-site lot for Saturday and Sunday. Each vendor receives one parking spot for a truck or car.
- Additional parking options are listed on the interactive map listed above.
- There will be a loading zone at the main entrance for drop-off for rideshares and for loading purchases into cars.
- There is a FREE shuttle bus between 10 10th street and the official hotel in Emmeryville - the Hyatt House.
- There is a second FREE shuttle bus from the venue to the Bonsai Garden Lake Merritt. Be sure to visit the garden, entry is free.
- Ticket holders and Weekend pass holders proceed to the main entrance on the east side of the building. We will scan tickets for entry, weekend pass holders will receive a lanyard and name tag. Ticket/Day-pass holders should get a hand stamp if they are leaving the venue and plan to return.
- There are over 50 vendors and nearly 150 vendor tables stocked with bonsai and bonsai merchandise!
- Food will be available for purchase on-site on Saturday and Sunday from Ratto's - an Oakland legend.
- Coffee will be available from Zach Follett / Kuppa Joy to benefit the Clark Bonsai Collection in Fresno, CA.
