Shipping policy

We ship orders within 5 business days of receipt where applicable. Many items that the Pacific Bonsai Expo sells are delivered via email or by third parties.

You will receive an automated email confirmation of your order. If any items ship, you will also receive an email notification containing any relevant tracking information. Further emails will be sent notifying you of delivery.
