Venue

The 2027 Pacific Bonsai Expo will be held at the Alameda County Fairgrounds in Pleasanton, California. The exhibits, vendor area, and Friday Evening Reception will be in Building A, the programs will be in Building B, and the Saturday Evening Banquet will be in Building C. Tickets

Tickets go on sale Spring, 2027.

Parking

Parking is available for $15/vehicle. (Parking is free for exhibitors, vendors, and volunteers during set-up hours on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday). In-and-out privileges are not available - each entry to the parking lot is $15. 

Shuttle Busses

Shuttle busses will run between the venue and the event hotel. Details coming Spring, 2027.

Food

• Food will be provided at the venue
• Two bars, several restaurants, and a grocery store are located across the street from the Hyatt House. A number of other shopping and eating options are within a 5 min. drive (or a 20 min. walk).  
• Downtown Pleasanton is located a few blocks east of the venue and has lots of restaurants.
• The Stoneridge Shopping Center is close to the event hotel about and about ten minutes east of the venue by car.
