Vendors

The Pacific Bonsai Expo recognizes that vendors provide a crucial service to the bonsai community by making their trees, pots, stands, tools, and other bonsai supplies available at events around the country. We encourage you to support them!

Vendor FAQ

How Do I Become a 2024 PBE Vendor?

Send an email to info@pacificbonsaiexpo.org with your requested number of tables and any other information you need us to know.

What do Vendor Tables Cost?

Six-foot vendor tables are available for $285 per table.

Where will my Vendor Table be Located?

The main event hall is over 25,000 square feet - more than twice the size of the 2022 venue. Details about layout of the event will be provided when available.

Do Vendors have to Purchase Event Tickets?

No, each accepted vendor will receive 1 vendor pass when they check in at the venue granting access to the event for all vendor setup and vendor open hours. Vendors who purchase 3-4 tables will receive 2 vendor passes.  Vendors who purchase 5 or more tables will receive three vendor passes.  If you need more passes for your staff members please include this in your table request email.

Where Should I Plan to Stay?

Please see the Hotel section of the "Plan your Visit" page:  official hotel information here.

Do Vendors need to purchase a separate parking pass?

All paid vendors will receive one parking pass for the venue lot as part of their contract. Additional parking passes must be purchased separately.

I have a large van/truck, where can I park it?

While we cannot guarantee either the safety or accommodation of vehicles, we are prioritizing availability of parking for vendors at the venue. The venue has an open parking lot (no height restriction) and there are public and private garages nearby. Please mention your parking concerns when contacting us regarding table space. The recommended hotel also has an open lot, but does charge for oversize parking.

Will you be providing tables and table coverings, or just the space for my setup?

PBE will provide 6' tables and black table coverings. If you do NOT wish to have tables provided please note this when communicating your vendor request to us. If you provide your own setup, the design must be approved by the organizers in advance.
