Vendor Tables

PLEASE Read the entire description below. By Purchasing this product you are renting space at the 2027 Pacific Bonsai Expo.

All Vendor tables are 6'(72")x30". Vendor tables are available on a first-paid basis. PBE reserves the right to reduce the number of tables purchased at its sole discretion by issuing a refund of the table fee(s).

Vendor setup hours are 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on February 4th and 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m on February 5th, 2027. Setup must be completed before 3:00 p.m. on February 5th, vendors who are asked to leave the vendor area at 3pm as the building will be used for the exhibitors and Friday reception.

PBE will provide a 6' table and black table covering. The location of your table(s) is at the sole discretion of PBE.

Breakdown of Vendor’s stall shall not occur prior to 4:00 p.m. on Sunday February 7th , 2027. Breakdown must be completed by 8:00 p.m. on February 7th , 2027.

Vendors who purchase 1-2 tables will receive one (1) Vendor pass, vendors who pay for 3-4 tables will receive two (2) vendor passes. Vendors who purchase 5 or more tables will receive three (3) vendor passes. 

Vendors are strongly encouraged to submit a photo, bio and other promotional material to PBE via email for inclusion in marketing of the event.  We want your fans to know you'll be there selling your best!
