The Pacific Bonsai Expo recognizes that vendors provide a crucial service to the bonsai community by making their trees, pots, stands, tools, and other bonsai supplies available at events around the country. We encourage you to support them!

Vendor Open Hours
Saturday February 6th: 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Sunday, February 7th: 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Vendors will have time to organize their areas and water their trees from 8:00 a.m. - 9:00 a.m. Saturday and Sunday morning and from 5:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. on Saturday evening.
Vendor FAQ
How Do I Become a 2027 PBE Vendor?
Vendor space for 2027 has sold out. Contact info@pacificbonsai.org to be placed on a waiting list in case additional space opens up.
What do Vendor Tables Cost?
A single 6'x30" table with table cloth included is $285. The cost is for the space in the exhibit hall, and you can substitute your own furniture/setup in that allotted space.
Where will my Vendor Table be Located?
Vendor table placement within the vendor area will be at the sole discretion of PBE. While PBE will make every effort to accommodate requests we cannot guarantee placements. Details about layout of the event will be provided when available.
Do Vendors have to Purchase Event Tickets?
Vendors who purchase 1-2 tables will receive one (1) Vendor pass, vendors who pay for 3-4 tables will receive two (2) vendor passes. Vendors who purchase 5 or more tables will receive three (3) vendor passes. Vendor passes do not include access to the Friday reception, but they can purchase up to two passes at a discount. Vendors who are also exhibitors or sponsors will receive benefits as noted for each category.

Do Vendors need to purchase a separate parking pass?
All paid vendors will receive one parking pass for the venue lot as part of their contract. Additional parking passes must be purchased separately.
I have a large van/truck, where can I park it?
While we cannot guarantee either the safety or accommodation of vehicles, we are prioritizing availability of parking for vendors at the venue. The 2027 venue has a parking lot adjacent to the building which is reserved for vendors.
Will you be providing tables and table coverings, or just the space for my setup?
PBE will provide 6' tables and black table coverings. If you do NOT wish to have tables provided please note this after purchasing your tables. If you provide your own setup, the design must be approved by the organizers in advance.
When is set-up time for Vendors?
Vendor Setup Hours are Thursday 9am-5pm and Friday 9am-3pm, February 4 - 5, 2027. NO SETUP after 3:00pm on February 5th.
